Brief Information: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the results for the Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) today on 18th November 2024.

Out of 4,23,822 candidates who appeared for Paper 1 and 2, a total of 2,97,747 have passed. The overall pass percentage for both papers stands at 70.25%.

BSEB Bihar Board STET 2024 (Vacancy Details)

  • Post Name: Paper 1 (Secondary)
  • Educational Qualification:
    – Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed. qualification, OR
    – Master’s Degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. qualification, OR
    – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 45% marks (as per NCTE norms) and a B.Ed. qualification, OR
    – Completion of a 4-year integrated course such as BA BEd / BSc BEd.

  • Post Name: Paper 2 (Higher Secondary)
  • Educational Qualification:
    – Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with 50% marks and a B.Ed. qualification, or completion of a BA BEd / BSc BEd program, OR
    – Master’s Degree with at least 45% marks (as per NCTE norms) and a B.Ed. qualification, OR
    – Master’s Degree with 55% marks along with a 3-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed course.
